Looked After Children with SEND

We have a Designated Teacher for Looked after Children Mr Duncan who works closely with the SENCO to ensure all teachers in school understand the implications for those children who are looked after and have SEN.

All members of staff are aware of who our looked after children are. We ensure that they have equal opportunities in school and also have the opportunity to enrich their learning outside of school. Mrs Ward our SENDCO works closely with Mr Duncan our Safeguarding lead to ensure all reviews are carried out and alongside members of SLT there is always someone who attends review/PEP Meetings.
