Support for Emotional & Social Development

At Cestria Primary School our pastoral lead is Miss Hutton. Miss Hutton is in school to provide support for children with social and emotional needs. We also have a parental support officer called Claire Donnelly. Claire spends time in school every Monday and offers personal support to children and families who need it.

In these sessions’ children are supported with the emotional wellbeing and they are given strategies which may help them in school and at home. They are given the skills to ensure they are able to develop their emotional development.
